CACI Marks Presidents' Day, 2015

Today, CACI salutes all the great American leaders and statesmen who have taken the solemn oath as Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces and upheld the laws of our nation as President of the United States. Most especially, we honor two individuals whose common bonds of good character and love of country led them to make enduring contributions to our nation: George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

Washington bravely led his troops for six grueling years to help America gain its independence. Later, he laid the blueprint of Presidential leadership necessary for both our then-fledgling nation and today’s world power.

Lincoln faced a nation bitterly divided by slavery and engaged in the bloodiest conflict in our country’s history. Ultimately, he gave his life to preserve an America rededicated to national unity and freedom for all.

Washington and Lincoln provided steady and powerful leadership during pivotal times, when the dream of a United States could have fallen apart. Instead, their vision and actions preserved the freedom and democracy that we still enjoy today.

Since our founding in 1962, CACI has worked with every Presidential administration from both sides of the aisle. Today we provide information solutions and services to Executive Branch customers as well as for every level of the federal government, from civilian and intelligence agencies to the Department of Defense and all the Armed Forces.

This President’s Day, CACI is privileged to honor the legacy of Washington, Lincoln, and the other dedicated individuals who have heeded the call to lead our nation through times of both great prosperity – and great challenges.
